Pixelmods Shipping Policy - Below is important information regarding our shipping and delivery process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. 

Build Your Own - Custom orders are typically processed and shipped within 10–40 days after payment confirmation. 

Shipping Location

Orders are shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia (Europe).

Delivery Time

After your order has been processed:
• United States: Estimated delivery time is 12–14 days.
• International (Rest of the World): Estimated delivery time is 10–20 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, peak shipping periods, or local postal service disruptions.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

United States Orders

US orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. The tracking number will begin updating once the package arrives in the United States and is handed over to last-mile carrier. This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your order.

International Orders (Outside the US)

Orders shipped outside the United States are handled through a variety of international shipping carriers depending on the destination country and the most reliable delivery route available. Tracking information will be provided after shipment and may cover either the full delivery journey or the final-mile delivery portion, depending on the carrier used for your region.

Import Taxes & Duties

United States customers will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes. All US-bound shipments are pre-declared, and all customs fees are paid in advance by us.

For customers outside the United States, import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Local customs authorities may contact you directly if payment is required.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. PixelMods cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue, it can be re-shipped once received back, which may extend the overall delivery time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are securely packaged, bubble-wrapped, and boxed to ensure safe delivery. If your package is lost or arrives damaged due to unexpected transit issues, please contact us and we will discuss available solutions. Once the package has been succesfully delivered, we can not be held responsible for loss or theft.

Please provide a valid email address during checkout. This will be our primary way of sending order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking information. You may also reach out via the website contact form or Instagram if you have any questions.

What modifications do the iPods have?

Every build is upgraded with modern flash storage or MicroSD cards in place of the original hard drive for improved speed, reliability, and power efficiency, alongside a brand new 2000mAh battery offering over 3× the original capacity for long-lasting listening sessions.

Are iPods and consoles original?


Yes — all of our devices are authentic. Each iPod is carefully handcrafted using premium new housing, while preserving original Apple hardware for the authentic iPod experience. Some PSPs and consoles also feature upgraded custom or transparent shells while keeping the internal hardware original.

What's included in the package?

Each product page features a detailed description of its specifications and included accessories. Generally, our consoles come complete with a new battery, an sd card with pre-loaded games & custom themes and a charger/USB. iPods also include charger/sync cable, protective crystal case and system already configured, ready to use.

Are psps modded?

Yes, all of our consoles come modded with 64-128gb sd cards, loaded with everything you need to start playing immediately

How long does the shipping take?

International shipping typically takes 12-14 days. All orders are shipped with last-mile carrier tracking for a secure and reliable delivery.

Can I return the itemif it has a problem?

We thoroughly test each device before shipping to ensure it's in top condition and free of any issues. However, If you still notice that something isn’t working as described, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving it for a resolution. Also check out our Refund & retunr Policy

Which one is better PSP or Ps vita?

The PSP is a compact, customizable handheld with a huge library of classics and easy part replacements—perfect for retro gaming. The PS Vita is more powerful, plays PSP games plus exclusives, and has extra features like a touchscreen and camera, but it’s more expensive. For budget-friendly nostalgia and customization, the PSP is a top choice!
